Prices below are guidelines to help you budget your website or graphic needs. Please take the time to fill out our online estimate for a more precise price breakdown for your specific graphic needs. If you need our services for a variety of different options, please contact us for the best Package Price we can offer you. Generally, the smaller your business the better price we can provide as there is typically only 1 or 2 people making decisions. Larger companies typically have many more people involved in the decision making process which leads to many more design changes and a longer project completion time... hence a higher expense.

NOTE: Options 4-6 include 2 design concepts for "Home" page. Options 1-3 include 1 design concept for "Home" page. Additional "Home" page design concepts are $100 each.
Option 1:
Prices starting at $100 - Business Card Page... with static graphics (non-Flash) and contact information (hyperlinks to email) on 1 HTML page.
Option 2:
Prices starting at $500 - Static Graphics Basic Site includes "Home" page, "Services Offered" page and an "About" page... all pages with static and rollover button graphics (non-Flash)... 3 HTML pages of your choice.
Option 3:
Prices starting at $1000 - Flash Graphics Basic Site includes "Home" page, "Services Offered" page and an "About" page... all pages done in Flash-compatible format.
Option 4:
Prices starting at $1500 - Static Graphics Database Site includes "Home" page, "Services Offered" page and an "About" page... all pages with static and rollover graphics (non-Flash), plus "MediaUplink" is included so you can handle changes of pictures & text to the site yourself.
Option 5:
Prices starting at $2000 - Deluxe Flash-Nav/Static-Body Database Site includes "Home" page, "Services Offered" page and an "About" page... all pages with static graphics (HTML body) and Flash-compatible navigation headers, plus "MediaUplink" is included so you can handle changes of pictures & text to the site yourself.
Option 6:
Prices starting at $2500 - PHP-Nuke Content Management System (CMS) is a full blown database site that includes "Home" page with main categories and site navigation, and sub-pages with structural layout for news articles, story archive, keyword searching, printing, etc. All pages feature static graphics with a custom design theme. Includes Admin module so you can maintain the site yourself, including user access, file uploads, etc.

$100 per hour for Videography work with footage shot on digital tape ($500 minimum).
Pricing for "Short-Form" productions (i.e. 1 minute or less - commercials, bumpers, logos, etc.). Note: Minimum charge for "Short Form" productions is $250.
$60 per second of Finished Motion Graphics for Adobe After Effects work including: 2D Animation, Visual Effects, Title Sequences, etc. Price includes video digitizing and output to CD or videotape.
$40 per second of Finished Flash-compatible Animation for custom animated logos, splash/launch page designs, etc.
$20 per second of Finished Edited Video for clips that require Adobe Premiere work including: editing/enhancements/effects/credits/titles, etc. Price includes video digitizing and optimization for output to CD, videotape, or web.
$10 per second of Finished Optimized Video for clips that are already edited and need no additional work other than being digitized and optimized for output to CD, videotape, or web.
Pricing for "Long-Form" productions (i.e. 2-10 minutes, demo reels, video biographies, etc.).
$1000 per minute of DV-Finished Motion Graphics for Adobe After Effects work including: 2D Animation, Visual Effects, Title Sequences, etc. Price includes video digitizing and output to videotape.
$500 per minute of DV-Finished Edited Video for clips that require Adobe Premiere work including: editing/enhancements/effects/music/credits/titles, etc. Price includes video digitizing and output to videotape.
$250 per minute of DV-Finished Video for clips that are already edited and only need basic titles and background music added. Price includes video digitizing and output to videotape.
$50 per minute of DV-Finished Optimized Video for clips that are already edited and need no additional work other than being compressed and optimized for output to CD, DVD or the Web.

Conulting Services:
(Providing consulting for your web site, business marketing, search engine optimization, design issues, etc.)
NOTE: Consulting must be scheduled in-advance and must be paid in-advace with time rounded up to the next half-hour (1-hour minimum).
$40 per hour for Consulting via Email... Includes time to read emails, compose emails, and perform any necessary research (typically this includes reading 2 emails and writing 2 detailed responses per hour).
$60 per hour for Consulting via Phone... Includes answering your questions, providing advice, and providing feedback of your web site via the internet, etc.
$120 per hour for Consulting in-person... Get your questions answered in a face-to-face meeting. Note: If travel is required, it is the responsibility of the client to cover all travel expenses.

NOTE 1: "X-Cart Gold" and "MediaUplink" both require a web host (server) that supports PHP version 4.0.6 or better and MySQL database version 3.23 or better. Forms require a web host (server) that supports a personal CGI-Bin. If your online business is an e-commerce site, you will want a web host that supports having your own domain name (a dedicated IP address) and individual SSL Cert support.
NOTE 2: Graphic Design Services do not include printing... this is a separate fee determined by the print service bureau you plan to use.
NOTE 3: Motion Graphics and Digital Video Services do not include any video deck rental fees... this is a separate fee determined by the rental house you plan to use (depending on the delivery format, this may not be necessary). "Finished" video is the final edited video and not the "raw" video footage.
